I’ve had no time the past few days so post-run yoga is a nice way to catch up with the challenge :)

JoyToTheYogis Day 19: Eight Crooked Limbs (Astavakrasana)

I did crow instead!  I’m so happy with the progress I’ve made with this one, since I’m no longer using a block (still keeping a pillow there though!)  I’m joyful because of knitted jumpers haha, I have so many and love them especially this time of year :)

JoyToTheYogis Day 20: Bow Pose (Variation)

I don’t think I did a variation but ah well :) I remember doing this one in the august challenge and now I can actually see the improvements I’ve made which really makes me joyful!
